Fun Things About My Puppy

For those of you who have filled this out the 'Fun Things About My Puppy' form...

How do you fit everything onto the small form? Are you allowed to attach more pages or do you just squeeze as much as possible and leave it at that?

Thanks

I have known people who have added pages to it. I usually just squeeze things in, even writing in the margins. You can add pictures too!

Is that question on the form for turning in your puppy? I haven't seen that question before....

It's a separate form that you get when you get your puppy's recall letter in the mail. It has spaces where you are supposed to write about your home, your pets, your puppy's personality, and your puppy's travel adventures. The form is given to whoever your puppy ends up with. I don't think that they give enough room to talk about your puppy so I'm going to add more pages.

We had a copy in the back of our manual as an example when we were raising for GDB. If I remember correctly it was in the forms section but it could have just been added on after the phase descriptions. I would just add on extra pages as well! :-D
